Mammogram Clinic coming to the health department

We’re excited to announce the Cleveland Clinic Center of Mansfield is collaborating with us to host a Mammogram Clinic with FREE FIT Kit screenings to increase Colorectal Awareness! An OhioHealth consultant will be onsite to assist with the FIT Kits for eligible participants. The event is scheduled for Friday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pre-registration for a mammogram is required at 216-444-7505. Please leave a message, speaking clearly with the following information:

• First and Last Name
• Date of birth and phone number
• The location of the Mammogram Clinic, which is Ashland County Health Department
