Commissioner Spotlight
Vickie Taylor serves as the Ashland County Health Department’s Health Commissioner, since 2021.
Commissioner Taylor has been a proud resident of Ashland County, OH since 1998 and joined the Health Department in 2020.
Commissioner Taylor graduated from Ashland University in 2019 with a Master of Art in Corporate and Strategic Communication, which focused on health and safety, public relations, and strategic communication.
